The following words used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the laky7 website, mobile version, and all services included within it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered on the platform or is using its services.
• "Account" refers to a member's personal registered account.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional reward, credit, or incentive offered by laky7.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to participation in any sports betting, casino game, or other gaming activity.
• "Taka" or "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

2.1 Age Restriction

Use of laky7 services is permitted only for those aged 21 or above. You will be required to verify your age and identity when creating an account. If anyone uses the platform without meeting the minimum age requirement, their account will be closed immediately and any balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and deposited funds and bonuses may be cancelled.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation. laky7 may request documents at any time for identity verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your laky7 account. Please keep the following in mind:

• Keep your password and login details confidential and do not share them with any third party.
• Notify laky7 support immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
• Do not allow anyone else to use your account, including family members.

4.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount at laky7 is ৳200. Approved deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits via any method other than these four are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The mobile number and payment details registered to your account must match at the time of withdrawal. Processing may take longer if a security check is required.

4.3 Identity Verification

laky7 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documents before or after a withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. This is done for your own security.

4.4 Transaction Currency

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at laky7 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must complete wagering of 25 times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, the wagering required is ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

The maximum bonus limit is ৳20,000. Each promotion has its own expiry period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry. A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse is detected (such as multiple accounts, artificial betting, or coordinated betting), the relevant bonus and winnings will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

6.1 General Rules

All bets placed at laky7 are considered final once confirmed. If a bet is not processed due to a technical issue, the relevant amount will be refunded.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing using bots, automated software, or other technological advantages.
• Placing bets on events where the outcome has been predetermined.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Intentionally exploiting platform errors or bugs.

6.3 Finality of Results

Once the result of a game or event has been determined, it cannot be changed. laky7's decision in this matter is final.

laky7's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier is determined based on your activity and participation on the platform. laky7 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

laky7 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account and forfeit the balance in any of the following cases:

• Providing false information or fake identity documents.
• Suspicion of money laundering or activities related to illegal funds.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses or rewards through fraudulent means.
• Attempting to compromise platform security or harm other users.
• Violating any provision of these Terms.

If an account is closed, the user may appeal through support and laky7 will review the matter within a reasonable time.
